- Insert Day Button: Adds a new table with date for a new day of expense tracking.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Add a New Day
To start tracking expenses for a different date:
- Click the Insert Day button below the table.
- Update the date label (
@Today
) to reflect the desired date.
2. Add a New Expense
To log a new expense for a specific day:
- Click on an empty row in the table or add a new row to the table under the current day.
- Fill in the following details:
- Item: Write the name of the purchased item or service (e.g., "Coffee").
- Category: Enter a category that best fits the expense (e.g., "Food").
- Price: Input the cost of the item or service (e.g., "$3.50").
- Notes: Add any relevant details about the purchase (e.g., "Morning coffee at Starbucks").
3. Edit or Review Past Entries
To review or modify previously logged expenses:
- Scroll to the relevant date or row in the table.
- Make changes directly in the table cells.
